Resorts/ Hotels/ Tourist Inn

 

The Hotels/Tourist Inns we provide in the tour packages has all rooms considered as standard to provide our guests with all the comfort and convenience during their stay. Each of the Hotel/Tourist Inn room has the following amenities:

  • Fully Air-conditioned Rooms
  • Private Bath and Toilet
  • Hot and Cold Shower
  • Wifi Access
  • Television with Cable Access

 

Resorts, on the other hand, have amenities accented with Asian interiors with a touch of local culture. Each room is designed to provide guests with an atmosphere that gives pleasure for comfort. The following are the standard amenities of the tie-up resorts:

  • Swimming Pool
  • Fully Air-conditioned Function Room
  • Souvenir Shop
  • Forest Trekking
  • Spacious Parking Area
  • 24-Hour Stand-by Generator

Each of the Resort room has the following amenities:

  • Private Bath and Toilet
  • Hot and Cold Shower
  • Television with Cable Access
  • Interphone Facility
  • Equipped with Fire Alarm System
  • Mini-Bar

 


Airport Transfers


Our packages INCLUDE round-trip airport transfers. On the day of arrival to Busuanga Airport, Calamian Islands Travel & Tours staff will meet the guests, provide welcome leis and assist them to their respective vans which will bring them to the hotel.

 

On the day of the departure going back to Manila, the staff will assist the guests during their Hotel check-out and transfers to Busuanga Airport.

 

The company staff ensures that all belongings of guests are safe and complete upon departure from Coron, Palawan.

 

 

Hotel Check-in

 

The guests are required to register at the front desk during the arrival at the resort/hotel. For big group, only 1 representative will register for all the members of the group, to avoid congestion in the front desk and to provide the guests with more time to relax when they arrive at the Hotel.

Touring

 

Air-conditioned vans are used for transfers during day tours. I tour guide is assigned per van guide to ensure the comfort of the guests. Tour guide per van is necessary to ensure the safety of the guests and to provide information on the destinations, attractions and other sights seen by the guests.

  

Air-conditioned vans are also used during transfers from the Hotel to boat docking area.

 

Tourist boats are provided to carry the guests from one destination to other destinations during Coron Island Tour. Each boat has number of life-vests equivalent to the number of guests.

 

To ensure guests comfort during the tour, 10 persons per boat plus 1 tour guide is allocated per tourist boat.

 

Buffet picnic lunch and snacks are provided during day tours. All entrance fees and Permits are included in the package. No other environmental fees will be charged to the guests for visiting tourist destinations.

    

 

Meals

 

Breakfasts

 

Daily breakfasts will be provided at the Hotel restaurants. Restaurants are normally open at 6:00AM and the guests may start ordering breakfasts. For Calauit Safari Tour which will start at 4AM, packed breakfast will be served with coffee and bottle of water.

 

Lunches

 

Buffet picnic lunch and pm snacks on the 1st day will be set up on the beach, with the following menu:

  • Rice
  • Steamed crab
  • Grilled fish
  • Pork Lechon (1 whole)
  • Native Lato (seaweed) Salad
  • Eggplant Salad
  • Banana & other available fruit in the market
  • 1 soda
  • 1 bottle of water
  • For snacks, bihon guisado, bread & soda
    • Rice
    • Chicken Barbeque
    • Coleslaw/ Vegetable salad
    • Lemoned Fish fillet
    • Adobong Kangkong
    • Grilled stuffed squid
    • Watermelon/ any other available fruit
    • Young coconut (buko)
    • 1 bottle of water
    • For snacks, native delicacies (cassava roll, nilupak & 1 soda)

Tipping

 

The guests are not mandatory to provide tips to the staff providing services during tours, from guides to boat crews. However, we encourage giving tips as a form of gratitude for the extra effort made to ensure guests satisfaction.

 

 

Payments

 

The amount corresponding to 30% of total package cost is required to be deposited to any of the Company’s Bank accounts to secure reservation. Full payment must be done on the day of their arrival.

Your tour reservation will be confirmed on receipt of your deposit. Travel voucher and official receipt will be sent though email and the original copies will be sent through the traveler’s mailing address.

 

Calamian Island Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel the reservation and impose cancellation charges should payments not be received within the above specified periods.

 

 

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees:

 

For cancellations made more than 15 days or 15 days before the starting date of the tour, a 100% refund will be given (less any bank charges incurred).

 

For cancellations made 6-8 days before the starting date of the tour a 50% refund will be given (less any bank charges incurred).

 

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing directly to Calamian Island travel and tours.

 

Unless the tours cannot be pushed through due to weather condition, re-scheduling of travel will be made.  

 

 

Refunds and Penalties:

 

Illness or Absenteeism: In the event of your withdrawal from a tour after commencement for reasons of illness, you must obtain a medical certificate in support of your claim. We regret that no refunds can be made for absences from a tour, including but not limited to missed meals or sightseeing
